In order to ensure prompt and timely delivery to our valued customers, Fogal partners with the best delivery services available. All shipments will be carried out through a carrier or mail service, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O.

Delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment.

We try our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

– Shipments in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are delivered within 1 working day (Priority shipping) to 2 working days (Standard shipping).

– Shipments to the European Union take approximately from 1 working day (Priority shipping) to 4 working days (Standard shipping) – not accounting for customs delays.

– Shipments to the USA take approximately from 1-2 working day (Priority shipping) to 4 working days (Standard shipping) – not accounting for customs delays.

– Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately from 2-3 working days (Priority shipping) to 4-8 working days (Standard shipping) – not accounting for customs delays.

The cost of shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart and will be added to the total cost of your order on the Checkout screen. The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.

– Inside Switzerland and Liechtenstein

We deliver goods to Switzerland and Liechtenstein including Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT). There are no additional custom fees or duties on products shipped to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products.

– Inside the European Union, the United States of America and the rest of the world

Shipments are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Custom fees or duties on products are paid by Fogal. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products.

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account.

Returns and exchanges are easy. Simply follow the steps.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your purchase. To make a return, please follow the following steps:

1. Please complete the return form here.

2. Enclose the return form in the return package.

Items must be returned to us both unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for all shipment fees related to returns.

We will credit the amount back to your credit card. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Yet you may be able to recover these by contacting your customs office directly.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

The Customer has the option by debit or credit card via Stripe. The following cards are accepted: CB, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’.

You can shop on our website to the extent of the value of your voucher simply by entering the voucher code. Please note that the voucher does not have any cash value.

Your invoice will be automatically reduced by the value of the voucher. Should the value of your gift voucher fall short of the value of your order, you can settle the difference using a credit card. Should the value of your gift voucher exceed the value of your order, the difference will remain on your voucher.
